CSI specializes in the design, manufacture, assembly and start-up/tune-up of electric or gas IR (Infra Red), UV (Ultra Violet) and EB (ELECTRON BEAM) systems. We also offer upgrades for existing equipment. We offer our services mainly to the following sectors: AUTOMOTIVE PAINTING, FOOD, COIL COATING, ADHESIVES, TECHNICAL CONCRETE. In AUTOMOTIVE, our installations range from hand-held IR cassettes to Infrared industrial oven, from curing system steps to touch-up installations on rollers or overhead rails. In the FOOD sector, our systems enable browning, roasting, melting, pasteurization before or during packaging, and drying of water or coatings. In COIL COATING, our high-density electric IR units (up to 700kW/m²) polymerize paints in less than 10 seconds, and dry treatments in 1 to 2 seconds. CSI and SIMERIS are now working together to combine their strengths and offer infrared, ultraviolet and electron beam integrated solutions throughout the whole Europe. Based in Slovakia since 2004, and then in Poland and France, SIMERIS is an engineering company offering innovative turnkey solutions for any industrial problematic. SIMERIS internally manages all steps of projects from need definition and engineering designing to turnkey deliveries in fields of automotive, plastics, composites, silicones, assembling and others. After several successful projects between CSI and SIMERIS, we decided to work with them again so that they could represent us in the eastern and central European markets.
