FKM is a pioneer in selective laser sintering (SLS) in Germany and Europe. Since 1994, we have played a part in a revolutionary process of rethinking within the industry. Where previously tool and mould construction determined the rules of design, SLS 3D printing is now changing the entire manufacturing process. Today, complex geometries can be directly integrated into components. SLS can also lead to significantly fewer process steps for dynamic assemblies, such as, for example, functional grippers. SLS additive manufacturing simplifies designs, saves assembly costs and guarantees service life. After more than 25 years of practical experience in additive manufacturing, our customers can benefit from a machinery park which has grown to include 40 systems, various high-value pre- and after-sales services, as well as a significant advance in knowledge of functional, additively manufactured components made from plastic and metal.
